    Banner Health, a Top-5 Large Health System and one of the nations premier non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our multi-specialty practice at Summit View Medical Commons, recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, NCQAs highest certification.

    Position Highlights:

    • 4-day work weekand limited practice call (phone consult only)

    • Medical Assistants, network of specialists, and on-site leadership to support an autonomous practice

    • Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic disease management with options for specialized procedures based on interests.

    • Located in multi-specialty Summit View Medical Commons with panoramic views of the Rockies; on-site services include Behavioral Health, Diabetes Education, X-Ray, Lab, Pharmacy, Mammogram, PET, and more.

    Banner Health total compensation package includes:

    • Salary range: $235,000-$265,000 (dependent on experience), plus incentives

    • $100K educational loan repayment

    • Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance

    • Up to $18K resident stipend

    • Paid CME days and malpractice

    • Excellent benefit package options that provide securityfor you and your family

    • This location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness

    Qualifications:

    • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

    • Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one).
