  • Aston Carter's large client is seeking a Pricing Supervisor to join their team! The Pricing Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies to maximize revenue, profit, and market competitiveness. This role involves analyzing market trends, conducting competitive price assessments, and collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail pricing, data analysis, and strategic decision-making, with a focus on driving business performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's financial goals and competitive landscape.

    • Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitor pricing strategies, identify market trends, and provide actionable insights to adjust pricing models.

    • Utilize data analytics to optimize pricing decisions based on demand forecasting, sales trends, and customer behavior.

    • Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and business objectives.

    • Design and refine pricing structures and models for various product categories, promotions, and discount strategies.

    • Analyze the impact of pricing decisions on profitability, and identify opportunities for improvement in margin performance.

    • Leverage pricing software and tools to automate and streamline pricing processes. Ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing in all sales channels.

    • Prepare and present regular reports on pricing performance, competitive positioning, and recommendations to sr. management.

    • Develop pricing strategies tailored to specific customer segments and geographic markets.

    • Ensure that all pricing practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    Must Haves

    • 3-5 years of managerial experience, managing 2+ direct reports

    • 5+ years in pricing, ecommerce, economics, or a related field

    • Intermediate-Advanced Excel Skills

    • Large ERP software experience

    Nice to Have

    • Retail industry experience

    • Customer service experience

    • Profit 21 or ProClass software experience

    Expert Level

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $48.07
