Pricing and Contracts Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate the creation and amendment of commercial agreements requested by sales and customers such as: supply agreements, contract manufacturing agreements, quality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, RFP/RFQs, etc.,

• Enter and maintain product pricing and discounts in IDT internal systems and use this information in the creation of new commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with governance for supporting ERP systems

• Work with a dynamic team of cross-functional stakeholders including sales, service, finance, legal, regulatory affairs, etc.,

The essential requirements of the job include

• Bachelor's degree business or related field OR Associate's degree with 2 years IDT experience

• Excellent computer skills that include Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in basic math and typing

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

• 2+ years of experience in customer facing role

• 2+ years of experience working with commercial agreements and/or pricing systems

• Experience working in Salesforce

• Experience working in ContractPodAI

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
