    Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the Shared Resource Team as a Practice Manager in one of our hub locations.

    The Shared Resource Team [SRT] is the development engine of Oracle NetSuite. We foster the professional development of our college graduate and veteran hires while inspiring a culture of collaboration, inclusiveness, community development and commitment to NetSuite's future.     A Practice Manager has the primary responsibility to lead and build a world class team within the organization's Shared Resource Team. This involves driving customer success and retention, leading to top line growth, client reference ability and profit. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with consulting expertise and a passion for leadership and client satisfaction. Key performance indicators include:

    • Inspire, lead, and develop our people

    • Achieve above target hours and target utilization

    • Manage and drive retention

    • Deliver customer success

    • Drive process efficiency and optimization

    • Partner with enabling groups; account management, sales, staffing, enablement and verticals

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide leadership, direction and coaching to a large professional services team

    • Manage performance management processes for the aligned professional services team

    • Develop and drive strategic and operational plans for the practice through effective planning, communication and team leadership

    • Attain revenue goals (through billable hours) and maximize professional service profitability through accurate forecasting and effective management of the cost center

    • Drive the continuous evolution of professional services through incorporation of best practices, consistent, high quality and repeatable solutions, and by building a strong professional services team and brand

    • Collaborate with other groups and leaders to optimize processes related to project staffing, assessing, and developing consultant skills

    • Assist in the recruiting process by participating in interviews

    Preferred Qualifications/Skills include:

    • 3+ years of consulting experience ideally for large consulting and/or software providers

    • Demonstrated success as a customer facing consultant; experience in translating customer business requirements into workable software solutions

    • Desire to lead, inspire and motivate a professional services team of early career direct reports

    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

    • Proven customer engagement skills and track record of implementing SaaS or cloud-based technologies

    • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle employee and team challenges

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline (Master's degree is a plus)

    • Project management experience a plus

    • Ability to travel as needed; up to 25%

    • 2+ years of leadership experience in a mentor, buddy or team lead capacity supporting development and growth

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

    Canada: Hiring Range from $76,700 to $167,000 CAD per annum

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
