Job Title: PostgreSQL Database Developer

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid )

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with at least 5 years of experience in designing and developing data solutions tailored for financial applications, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Expertise in PostgreSQL , a key focus area as we continue to adopt this technology to meet evolving business needs.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server , which forms a core part of our existing data infrastructure.

• Familiarity with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse on the AWS platform

Essential Qualifications

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL database development, including database design and implementation of data storage systems.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server applications, databases, and related tools.

• Strong understanding of on-premises and cloud data architecture concepts, best practices, and methodologies.

• Experience with Snowflake cloud-based data warehouse is a plus.

• Excellent technical documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performing, reliable database systems and efficient SQL code.

• Build and improve data integration processes between on-premise and cloud data stores.

• Analyze and resolve database performance issues, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Lead efforts to optimize database performance.

• Provide off-hours production support on a rotational basis.
