    Job Description:

    Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented POI Manager to join our team!

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Deliver training products, participate in training product development sessions, and instruct training classes.

    • Maintain all applicable POI, Lesson Plans, Practical Exercises, and Evaluations.

    • Deliver the instruction in accordance with the training Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process concepts.

    • Complete a Department of the Army Civilian (DAC) modeling survey to build OSINT civilian force structure - Develop DAC curriculum.

    • Utilize synthetic training environments to replicate real-world adversary threat in training/exercises.

    • Establish Army OSINT Continuing Education Program.

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    • Bachelors and 10+ years of related experience, Masters and 8+ years of experience, or PhD or JD and 5+ years of experience.

    • Ability to provide input in planning, developing, and implementing the program baseline; identify and analyze minor variances; and define corrective actions in coordination with Program Oversight.

    • Skilled in the use of standard, well-defined processes, procedures, techniques, or tools that may require program-specific modifications.

    • Possesses maturing leadership and management skills.

    • Active TS/SCI Clearance

    Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

    Top Secret SCI
