No prior experience is necessary, but a strong mechanical inclination and a sincere commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential

    The fully-paid Plumbing Apprentice program begins on February 3rd at the Furr Academy, located at our headquarters in Manassas, VA. This program is open to a maximum of 4 individuals. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Learn and Assist: Collaborate with experienced plumbing technicians to install,

      maintain

      , and repair plumbing systems in residential settings

    • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, attentively listening to their needs and suggesting

      appropriate solutions

    • Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to

      identify

      opportunities for

      additional

      plumbing services or products that can enhance customer satisfaction

    • Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues, ensuring customer contentment

    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a secure work environment for yourself and your team

    • Mechanical Inclination: Strong interest and aptitude in plumbing systems with a willingness to learn about plumbing technology
