    Insight Global is seeking a skilled Platforms Analyst to join a large pharmaceutical company in North York. In this role, you will coordinate the design, implementation, and adoption of CRM system capabilities to support key planning and Go-To-Market processes. You will contribute to the advancement of our commercial reporting platform, providing operationalized reporting across all syndicate and proprietary data sources. Your responsibilities will include providing data analysis and analytic solutions to inform business decisions, driving competitive advantage, and facilitating insight generation. Additionally, you will provide commercial sales and marketing end-user platform support and training, and identify new data and analytics process improvement opportunities.

    Skills and Requirements

    2+ years of experience as a platforms, systems, or data analyst

    Experience with Salesforce CRM platform

    Strong Excel and Tableau skills

    Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Management MBA null
