    Description:

    Position Summary:

    Manages day-to-day plant operations, including staff supervision, under the guidance of the Director. Provides accountability for 24-

    hour departmental operations. Coordinates and controls Plant Operations department work in maintaining the physical structures,

    utilities, grounds, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of the hospital and its owned offsite facilities

    What the Plant Operations Manager will need:

    • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, a mechanical trade, or related field.

    • Hospital Mechanic Certification, Mechanical Contractor's License preferred.

    • Three years of experience in a mechanical or maintenance related field.

    • Five years of mechanical or maintenance experience in a hospital setting, one year of previous supervisory experience preferred.
