Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for efficiency and excellence? We're looking for a Motivational Plant Manager to join our clients team in Dinuba, CA! As the Plant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the plant's production aligns with the business objectives. Your responsibilities will include planning production schedules, setting and achieving productivity goals, and monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure both efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet business objectives.

• Identify and achieve productivity goals.

• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.

salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Develop and implement production schedules to align with business goals, ensuring timely and cost-effective output.

• Goal Setting and Monitoring: Establish and track productivity goals, continuously monitoring processes to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategies to achieve production targets at minimal cost, driving continuous improvement in manufacturing practices.

• Financial Management: Oversee financial operations at the plant level, including budgeting, forecasting, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with plant management to analyze and refine manufacturing processes, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and boost overall profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plant management (preferably in packing facility)

• Strong background in production planning

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving production targets.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The essential functions of this role include

• working up to 20 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
