This attorney will litigate personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including:

• Communicating with clients

• Drafting complaints, discovery, and motions

• Taking/defending depositions and making court appearances

• Mediations and negotiating settlements

• Trial prep

This attorney must have

• 1+ year of civil litigation experience (personal injury experience is a plus, but the firm will train the right attorney who wants to specialize in the practice area)

• Admission to CA state bar

This attorney will work 100% onsite as this is a close-knit team that values collaboration.
