  • Job Title: Utilities Technician

    Job Description

    Looking for technicians to work on Pipe crews. Pipelayer technicians will perform a variety of tasks to install, repair, and maintain pipes for water, sanitation, and storm drains.

    Responsibilities

    • Use tools to dig for pipes to run underground.

    • Position pipes, measure and cut them to size, and align them in pipeline sections.

    • Use techniques for the site development job field.

    • Check pipes for leaks and ensure they are properly aligned and graded.

    • Interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine the layout of pipes and materials needed.

    • Adhere to safety regulations and work safely in all conditions.

    • 2 or more years of experience doing utilities work on a construction site.

    • Relevant experience in new construction plumbing.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savannah, Georgia.

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
