Our client in Burlington, an industry leader with over 100 years of innovation in thermal building solutions, is looking for talented professionals with 2-3 years of experience to join their dynamic team. Why You Should Apply:

• Competitive Pay : $31.26 - $32.17per hour based on your experience.

• Shifts :

• Day Shift : Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm & Friday 6:00 am - 12:00 pm

• Afternoon Shift : Monday - Thursday 2:45 pm - 1:15 am (10-hour days, 4 days a week)

• Overtime Opportunities Available and must be flexible to work both shifts - preference is considered.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety and maintain a secure work environment

• Operate and maintain welding equipment efficiently

• Assemble components for flawless installation

• Interpret project plans with precision

• Execute welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick, flux core)

• Identify and resolve pipework faults effectively

• Perform regular maintenance checks

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications

• 2 or more years pipefitting experience

• Ensure welds meet the highest standards

• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus
