    Practice Details

    Sanford Clinic Worthington is seeking BE/BC OB/GYN physician.

    • Join 2 family physicians, 2 Ob/Gyns, 1 Rad/Onc, 2 general surgeons, 2 orthopedic surgeons, 2 pediatricians, 1 hospitalist (recruiting a 2nd), 4 emergency medicine physicians and 1 hematology oncologist. Along with various Advance Practice Providers.

    • Provide a full range of obstetric and gynecologic services to the region

    • Community call is currently shared amongst the specialty group: weeknight call is 1:2, weekend call is approximately 1:8

    • Certified nurse midwife is part of the robust practice

    Compensation Package

    Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

    Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $318,865 - $412,649 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

    Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
