    Practice Details

    Sanford Clinic Jackson is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physicians to join their current medical staff.

    • Broad scope family medicine practice providing care in clinic, hospital and emergency department

    • Clinicians consists of physicians and advanced practice providers

    • Shared nursing home responsibility on a monthly basis

    • Average patients/day in clinic is 15-18

    • Average inpatient census is 0-2

    • 1:4 weekend call; weekday call is varied

    • 4 day work week

    • EMR is Epic

    Compensation Package

    Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

    Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $255,568 - $ 330,735 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

    Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
