    for an

    additional

    Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our

    expanding

    practice.

    Position Highlights:

    About the Opportunity:

    • Practice with a board certified geriatrician and obesity medicine physician, a functional medicine physician and one APP.

    • Have time to practice medicine in a way that prioritizes the patient’s well-being and health goals.

    • Work with a select group of patients with access to fitness center, personal training, nutrition counseling, and massage therapy depending on their

      membership level.

    • Advanced

      Practice Provider is available for same-day, acute visits.

    • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure

      optimal

      patient outcomes.

    • Dependable hours, excellent work-life balance: Monday – Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM and Friday 8 AM – 12 Noon

    Qualifications:

    • Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-approved

      Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

      residency and board certification or eligibility

    • CAQ in Geriatric Medicine is also desirable.

    • Must have clean background
