Physical Therapist

Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a Physical Therapist in Seattle, WA ! This role in onsite / in person.

Type: Three-month contract, with potential for extension

Schedule: 7 am to 6 pm, but willing to consider 8 hour shifts

For 10-hour shifts: M, T, W, F. For 8-hour shifts: M-F.

Pay: $55 to 57/hr

Location: Seattle, WA

Dress Code: Semi-casual yet professional

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Plans and administers treatments prescribed by a physician to patients with physical disabilities resulting from injury, disease or surgery. Uses techniques such as heat, electricity, water, massage and exercise.

• Assure proper and adequate documentation of physical therapy services by maintaining effective record-keeping.

• Assure corporate compliance and confidentiality guidelines established are followed.

• Interact regularly with the referring Providers and their staff.

• Frequent interactions with patients and their families.

• Attend Meetings as necessary

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

• Certification/Licensure: Current Washington State PT license

• Experience in treatment of patients with musculoskeletal problems in an outpatient setting.

• Has taken McKenzie Part A training with the McKenzie Institute

• Vaccinations required: MMR, Flu Shot, Varicella, TB Blood Test, Hep B., Tdap

• Covid-19 vaccination required
