Position: Physical Therapist- Fridley, MN

Location: 480 Osborne Rd. Suite 280 Fridley, MN

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00a.m.-6:00p.m.

Compensation: Starting salary $72,000 annual base

Our Fridley NovaCare outpatient center is seeking a physical therapist with a special interest in oncology and pelvic health to provide patient care on a full time basis. Our clinic treats a diverse patient case load and is looking to expand specialty services as part of our ReVital and CoreVia programs. Caseload will be a mix of ortho, oncology and pelvic health. Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population. ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs

• Complete and maintain required trainings

• Maintain compliance with government regulations

• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Outpatient orthopedic rotation if current student

• Outpatient orthopedic experience in the last 5 years if licensed clinician

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy

• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

• CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience

• Pelvic health interest/experience
