    Responsibilities:

    Summary:

    Team Rehabilitation is seeking out patient-focused Physical Therapists. Primary responsibilities are evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with the ultimate goal of having patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. The only way to drive success is in providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent health care for our patients.

      Patients should achieve good outcomes and be happy with their experience of physical therapy.

    • Staffing the SC’s appropriately so patients are covered DOS

      · Ensure SC patients are confirmed weekly for home visit coverage through Team Up or HHC.

      · Helping hire the right staff

      · Assist with training and orienting staff

      · Assist with motivating and disciplining staff

      · Setting staff schedules that provide necessary coverage at the SC

      · Mentoring the SC staff. Provide them with feedback on performance and encourage career growth

      · Motivate the SC staff to capture referrals for the Team Rehab clinics

      · Assist with performing yearly reviews for the SC staff to ensure the staff has a good understanding of expectations and responsibilities.

    Qualifications:

    • Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy

    • Valid Physical Therapy License

    • Must be committed to Team’s initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce
