Our Pharmacy Technician Supervisors are responsible for the daily productivity of pharmacy technical staff and provide day-to-day coordination for a team of Pharmacy Technicians that prepare and process medication orders for verification by the pharmacist

What You Can Expect

• This Pharmacy Tech Supervisor will work a variety of shifts in our Nampa Medical Center Outpatient Pharmacy and be responsible for:

• Monitoring and prioritizing the workflow of pharmacy technicians

• Providingguidance and instruction to technician staff

• Developing and publishing employee schedules

• Coordinating tech development and implementing staff training

• Ensuringtechnician staff complete duties as assigned

• You will have the opportunity to lead performance improvement activities and participate in employee evaluations, corrective action and other employment duties for all departmental staff, in coordination with the department leader

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Four (4) years' experience

• Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician Registration

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience
