Pharmacy Technician

Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join their team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be part of the patient support program team supporting patients and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have compassion for others, be well-spoken, and passionate about healthcare.

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Location: Cary, NC

Pay Range: $21/hour

What's the Job?

• Provide telephonic patient counseling and nursing intervention to support pharmacy patients.

• Coordinate and deliver reimbursement services.

• Facilitate patient support program services, ensuring timely access to resources and follow up.

• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams via phone, web based platforms, and in person interactions.

What's Needed?

• Must have 2+ year previous experience in a patient-facing role in a healthcare setting

• Certified Pharmacy Technician/Trainee required

• Passion for healthcare and compassion for others

• Excellent communication skills

• Reliable transportation to be onsite 5 days a week

• Monday-Friday work schedule, hours will be either 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm

• 3 month contract with potential for extension or conversion
