    Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

    The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

    The role requires high degree of expertise of Innovative Medicine Supply chain processes and systems striving to enable, standardize, and innovate core business process definitions to meet critical business needs. This will be enabled by partnering across the key stakeholder groups to gain a deep understanding of as-is business requirements, benchmarking, continuous improvement, and consistent process documentation, through a standardized blueprinting process ;

    To be efficient and effective it's the expectation that the role takes a minimum of 3 (three) year commitment to lead the organization through the deployment of the change. In this they will work collaboratively with SMEs from the different segments across the Innovative Medicine business, as well as Process and Technical Leads from the other pillars and dependent systems during the Design Phase. During the Build and Execution Phases they will support the Technical Team in Design issues/changes and lead a team of SMEs for their Module for execution of Testing/Procedures/Training/Master Data Migration requirements etc.

    During the deployment phase they will support the Change Management and Business Readiness activities to ensure flawless execution and minimal business interruption as well as providing Cutover and Hypercare support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Owns processes and integrations for WM/JSC within S/4 HANA and satellite systems.

    • Solid experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization is required, preferably within a multi-sector.

    • An entrepreneurial mind-set, spirit with strong ability to navigate through ambiguity, and ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively to drive positive outcomes is required.

    • Ensure ongoing integrity of a global template; understand tradeoffs between customizations/enhancements & SAP standard capabilities.

    • Experience designing, developing, implementing, a business process decomposition or blueprint preferred.

    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get the desired result.

    • Break silos and build deep relationships with all cross-functional contributing teams within Innovative Medicine, Commercial, R&D, and enabling functions to align on priorities, schedule, cost, and ensure successful execution of scope

    • Embodies an insightful perspective, and can decipher between when a broader perspective is needed versus a more hands-on approach

    • Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain pragmatic in addressing both large and small-scale issues.

    • The ability to remain resilient and optimistic when faced with diversity

    • An ability to engage and inspire others by demonstrating charisma, enthusiasm, courage, and a can-do attitude.

    • Possess the initiative to be a self-starter, with the ability to communicate complex and ambiguous ideas clearly and effectively

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • A bachelor's degree and or equivalent degree required; Master's degree preferred

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    • A minimum 10 years of relevant work experience

    • A minimum 5 years of people leadership experience

    • Project Management experience is required

    • SAP systems is required

    • IM / GL processes experience

    • WM processes is experience

    Preferred:

    • Strong Understanding of Supply chain processes and management

    • Familiarity with pharma technologies around automated processes (e.g., Robotic Process Automation, Chatbots, Natural language voice recognition)

    • Prior work experience with an emphasis on overall supply chain Distribution Processes, Technology and Strategy of large regional and/or global programs.

    • WCS integration experience

    • Serialization Track & Trace integration experience

    • Expert knowledge of Pharma business processes/requirements

    Other:

    • Certifications in PMI / FPX

    • Lean and Six Sigma ; Green or Black Belt Certification

    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, domestic and internationally

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000-$203,550 USD. The base salary range listed is based on a US pay scale and may be adjusted based on the successful candidate's geographic location

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

    • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year

    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year

    • Work, Personal, and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
