    Permanency Coordinator!

    In this pivotal position, you'll be at the forefront of delivering and coordinating comprehensive, trauma-informed services that prioritize the well-being and permanency objectives of our youth. Serving as a vital link between students, families, agencies, and community resources, you'll ensure seamless collaboration and unwavering support at every turn.

    This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary starting at $38,500 per year, coupled with an extensive benefits package encompassing health insurance, paid time off, and more. Recognizing the significance of flexibility, we provide a schedule that caters to your needs, with occasional weekend availability required.

    • Cultivating strong relationships through family visits, team meetings, and community engagement, all rooted in our trauma-informed approach.

    • Contributing actively to both group and individual programming, nurturing growth across academic, career, and personal/social domains.

    • Upholding the values of The Building Bridges and Families First Initiatives by championing permanency within the student's own community, offering unwavering support and coordination.

    • Playing a pivotal role in Individualized Transition Plan (ITP) meetings, as well as providing vital support during case plans and court hearings.

    • Keeping meticulous records and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Reporting to our dedicated Clinical Director, you'll receive ongoing supervision and mentoring to help you thrive in your role. And under the direction of our esteemed Clinical Director, you'll have ample opportunities for growth and development.

    Requirements:
    • A valid driver's license and a minimum age of 21.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Criminal Justice.
