Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a People Analytics Consultant to join one of North America's largest athleisure wear companies. This person will be responsible for partnering with the digital enablement team to help the Retail Workforce team understand the impact of their work through metrics and story telling. They will also partner with the talent activation team (directors and Vp's) to to analyze data for insights into learnings, trainings, career mobility, growth and skills, and promotion transfers. The remainder of their role will be working with their team to move forward for standardization of guidelines, peer reviewed materials, and to speed up data governance. This person will have excellent communication and thrive in a team environment.

Skills and Requirements
3-4 years experience in data analytics
Strong experience working with and analyzing people data and HR data
In-depth understanding of data governance
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power BI) and SQL (not as important), R basics
Excellent communication and working with executive level stakeholders null
