    Insight Global is looking for a compassionate, driven Speech Pathologist to work with children and young adults with special needs. Our speech pathologist will ensure quality and safe delivery of speech therapy services. The Speech pathologist will assist in the provision of clinic services in accordance with our company philosophy and established standards of ABA, OT and speech therapy practices.

    Skills and Requirements

    Assessment of referred patients that require services

    Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.

    Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patients capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.

    Set realistic and achievable goals for their patients

    Document and record the patients condition

    Educate patients and families in an appropriate therapy method.

    Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology

    Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

    State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist null
