Responsibilities

The Payroll Representative is responsible for bi-weekly preparation of branch payroll for corporate processing.

• Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Program, including confidentiality of HIPAA protected health information. Maintains confidentiality of patient, employee and organizational information

• Completes required payroll audits and corrects issues such as overlaps, excessive visit time, etc.

• Ensures office employees time is accurately completed in the payroll system.

• Works with branch leadership to appropriately process non-visit activity.

• Communicates with the branch leadership regarding payroll issues and obtains appropriate authorization for overtime, bonuses, etc.

• Answers questions from field staff regarding paychecks.

• Completes all required payroll processes by payroll deadline.

• Works closely with appropriate corporate office departments to resolve billing and payroll issues.

• Provides documentation as required or requested by corporate payroll

• All other duties as assigned.

Qualified Candidates must reside in Ohio to be considered for this position

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of Two (2) years of payroll related experience.

• Proficiency with a calculator and simple math.

• Strong computer skills, familiar with multiple software programs

• Excellent organizational and time management skills required.

Pay Range

$16.66 - $22.91 /hour
