Payroll Clerk

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a diligent Payroll Clerk in Ronkonkoma, NY. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be tasked with maintaining precise employee records, assisting with audits, and ensuring all information is properly stored in our digital systems. You will also be supporting payroll and benefits using the HRIS system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an orderly system for employee files

• Assist with audit procedures

• Ensure all information is properly digitized in the system

• Support payroll and benefits operations

• Utilize HRIS and PEO systems effectively

• Handle queries related to payroll and benefits

• Use your knowledge of Accounting Software Systems to perform Accounting Functions

• Conduct audits as part of your role

• Perform Benefit Functions as part of your duties

• Handle Payroll tasks efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Demonstrated ability in Auditing

• Experience in managing Benefit Functions

• Knowledge of Payroll operations
