Performs a variety of auditing, data entry and reporting activities required for bi-weekly payroll for over 3,000 associates varying from salaried, hourly (full and part time), and on-call ensuring sufficient, accurate, and timely payroll delivery. Provides high quality associate service effectively resolving payroll inquiries on a timely basis.

• Inputs Short Term disability payments, garnishments and other one time or ongoing payroll deductions

• Prepares payroll liability, funding and adhoc reporting

• Performs audits and adhoc tasks required for processing biweekly and annual payroll

• Provides back support for payroll biweekly and annual payroll as required

• Fields associate inquiries on how to retrieve payroll information as needed (i.e. payslips, W-2 statements, tax and payment elections)
