    Location: Quincy, IL
    Pay Range: $15.35 - $23.03 per hour | Based on Relevant Experience
    Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (occasional extended hours based on departmental needs)

    About the Role:

    As a Patient Access Representative in the Family Practice department at Quincy Medical Group (QMG), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients. Your primary duties include greeting patients, accurately registering them for services, verifying insurance information, and scheduling appointments. This position is central to maintaining efficiency and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced clinical environment.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Welcome patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures.

    • Accurately collect and verify demographic and insurance information.

    • Schedule patient appointments while ensuring proper documentation.

    • Support clinic staff with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.

    Qualifications:
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
