Cambridge Unleashed is a paid training program for anyone interested in LearningLeading, and Launching their manufacturing career. This program allows you to grow your skills, elevate your resume, and gain hands-on manufacturing experience.

How It Works:

• 8 hour shifts per week from approximately September - March
• First Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30 pm
• Birthday day off, Holidays, Paid time off between Christmas and New Years, PTO (prorated beginning day one)
• Participate in our Company Benefits after 30 days including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term and long term disability
• Company events Fall Festival, Pizza for Thanksgiving, Breakfast with Santa, etc.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (YOUR MISSION)

As our Parts Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating inbound inquiries and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining an ample supply of purchased parts in inventory and collaborating with OPS, Engineering, and Supply Chain on parts defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate inbound inquiries for assistance with parts

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

• Capture customer interactions into the CRM platform and actively seek methods to elevate customer experience

• Recommend and up-sell parts related to preventative maintenance

• Collaborate with OPS, Engineering, and supply chain on parts defects

• Maintain an ample supply of purchased parts in inventory

Compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary and annual uncapped bonus incentive tied to company goals and profitability. CAS offers competitive medical, dental, vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401k plan.
