As a Customer Service Manager, you will be the key and primary contact between Five Star and your clientele. You will ensure that customers are retained and satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled. You will supervise and coordinate activities of merchandise servicepersons and retail market attendants, assuring the highest standard of customer service. You will directly supervise merchandising, stock, and customer service staff members.

Customer Service Manager responsibilities include:

• Planning, assigning, and directing work

• Addressing complaints and resolving problems

• Visiting accounts and clients to maintain good relations and handle concerns

• Pursuing pricing goals as the primary contact Customer/Clients interaction

• Supporting sales activities, including presentations, grand opening events, trade shows, preform development, and space design

• Coordinating installations, merchandising, and promotional activities

• Performing location inspections and inventory audits

• Reviewing reports daily and weekly to ensure client satisfaction

• Ensuring quality, cleanliness, merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, customer service

• Utilizing reports to determine proper replenishment, merchandising, and inventory

• Reviewing service frequencies to ensure maximum retail sales

• Modifying service structure to improve productivity and control overtime

Route Manager - Territory Manager - Food Service Merchandising - Inventory - Customer Service

Customer Service Manager requirements include:

• 3 - 5 years of management experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Merchandising or route supervision experience, preferred

• Must have experience with the forklift, power jacks, etc.

• Ability to use personal computer and operation of motor vehicle(s)

• Capable of basic computer set-up and installation with understanding of networks

• Must be able to lift 75lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products

• Must be able to pass drug screen

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must be able to pass DOT Physical.

• Pass a MVR Check; ability to drive a company box truck vehicle and/or company vehicle
