    We have a job opening for a bookkeeper in the Finance Office at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church Office in Westwego.

    We are looking for someone part time with QuickBooks experience.

    Job duties

    *Answer incoming calls

    *Paying bills for the parish and the cemetery

    *Entering financial data and bills into QuickBooks

    *Working closely with the finance committee, money counters, and parish Priest.

    *Managing the Church parish and cemetery finances

    *Working with sacramental records and ordering supplies.
