We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and dedicated Paralegal to be a part of our team in Miami, Florida. As a Paralegal, your role will primarily involve managing complex cases, conducting legal research, and ensuring the smooth running of legal procedures. You will be working closely with legal professionals in a dynamic environment, dealing with cases of catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and bodily injury. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation

• Manage and maintain schedules and calendars to ensure timely case progression

• Prepare comprehensive demand packages to facilitate case proceedings

• Negotiate effectively with adjusters to reach favourable case outcomes

• Digitize and organize medical records for easy access and review

• Coordinate with Judicial Assistants and Opposing Counsels for case-related matters

• Assist in various duties to ensure efficient running of legal procedures

• Implement your knowledge in Litigation - Plaintiff and Personal Injury Plaintiffs

• Apply your skills in Pre-Litigation to aid case preparation and proceedings.

Requirements - Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Paralegal

• Proficiency in Litigation - Plaintiff is mandatory

• Experience in handling Personal Injury Plaintiffs cases is essential

• Demonstrable skills in Pre-Litigation processes are required

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is preferred

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent research and analytical skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
