Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced painter to join our team for our St. Louis Apartment portfolio. As a painter, you will be responsible for ensuring that all interior and exterior surfaces of our buildings are painted to a high standard, contributing to the overall appearance and upkeep of the property.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter, with a portfolio of completed projects

• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment

• Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks

• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

• Mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete painting tasks

• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Communicate with property management to ensure that all painting projects are completed to their satisfaction
