  • Job Title: Paint Associate

    Job Description

    Responsible for the preparation of paint products daily, ensuring metal is properly taped and prepared for final paint coats. This role involves painting parts using both powder and liquid paint, working in the paint booth, and assisting painters by performing some of the painting tasks.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare paint products daily, ensuring proper tape and preparation of metal for final paint coats.

    • Paint parts using powder and liquid paint.

    • Work in the paint booth and assist painters with painting tasks.

    • Load and unload parts to be painted in the paint booth.

    • Lift parts up to 70 lbs and hang them on paint hooks.

    • Conduct visual inspection of parts before and after painting.

    • Clean parts before and after the paint booth.

    • Utilize hand and power tools, operate equipment such as drills and screw guns, read prints, and perform large assemblies as needed.

    Essential Skills

    • Production experience

    • Painting skills, including liquid and powder paint application

    • Assembly skills

    • Painting preparation

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
