Do you have packaging experience? Are you looking for a long-term opportunity? Randstad is partnered with a local plastic manufacturer in Plymouth, MN, seeking reliable candidates to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity that requires an updated resume, background check, and drug test. Please see below:

salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation and Setup: Operate and adjust thermoforming machines to produce plastic packaging products, ensuring proper settings for size, material, and production requirements.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects such as warping, discoloration, or uneven edges, and ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Material Handling: Load raw materials, such as plastic sheets or rolls, into the machines and monitor supply levels to maintain continuous production.

• Product Packaging: Assemble and package finished goods according to client or company specifications, labeling and preparing them for shipping or storage.

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
