  • API Supply Lifts is one of the largest independently owned full service aerial equipment dealers in the Midwest. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative for our Central MN & Dakotas territory. Candidates for this role will work as ambassadors working to establish & maintain excellent relationships with customers. You will be responsible for offering the best customer experience & providing hands-on explanations of products when necessary.     Responsibilities:

    • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects & customers
    • Conduct calls & face-to-face meetings with customers daily
    • Build & maintain relationships with new & repeat customers
    • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
    • Educate customers on how products & services can benefit them financially & professionally
    • Sell the company's services & products to customers within your given territory
    • Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products & market conditions to understand a customer's needs

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Sales a plus

    Experience:

    • 5 years in the commercial construction industry with heavy equipment familiarity
    • Aerial lift knowledge & experience a particular plus
    • CDL a plus

    Compensation:

    • $45,000 base salary
    • 4% commissions rentals
    • 4% used equipment sales
    • Up to 40% commission of net profit new sales
