BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an Outreach Prevention Facilitator to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Spring Hill !

• Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health

• Location: Spring Hill

• Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No

• Shift Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Weekend Work: Yes

• On Call: No

The Outreach Prevention Facilitator is responsible for:

• Providing services that preclude, forestall, or impede the development of substance abuse problems, by increasing awareness through information, education, and alternative-focused activities.

• Maintains collaborations with community agencies and providers.

Extensive travel is required, will perform other duties as assigned.

Required Certification/License:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• Driver's License

Required Education:

• Bachelors degree - Human Services

Experience:

• 1 years of substance abuse experience is required
