The role you'll contribute:

Collaborates with physicians to facilitate ongoing technical and clinical enhancement of the program. Determine and implement measures that allow caregivers to assess their practice patterns relative to clinical , financial, satisfaction, and quality of life outcomes. Identify best practices and facilitate the redefinition of practice patterns to improve quality and reduce cost.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Serves as liaison and resource among physicians, associates, patients and family members.

• Responsible for developing materials and providing patient education.

• Responsible for development of printed media for use by patients and for internal and external communication related to the program.

• Assists and coordinates development of publications related to the program (newsletters, professional journals) and for presentations for professional conferences.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree
