  • Overview:

    Your Home Improvement Company - Ordering Coordinator

    With the continued growth of our company, we are seeking an additional Ordering Coordinator. Experience with ordering in the Construction field preferred, but not necessary, we will train the right candidate.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process measures and create orders

    • Auditing material orders

    • Create sales commission sheets

    • Key orders into respective vendor portals (or email)

    • Maintain vendor contacts regarding materials: availability/time frames

    • Assist with end of month and end of year totals

    • Order stock materials

    • CRM updating

    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Strong Administrative and Communication Skills

    • Data Entry with high accuracy

    • Maintain focus in a fast-paced environment

    • Work well under pressure

    • Ability to work a full 40 hours a week with great attendance is a MUST

    • Ability to work on multiple monitors

    • High attention to detail

    • Working comprehension of Microsoft office specifically Excel and Outlook

    • Team player with the capability to work independently

    • Basic math skills

    • This is not a remote position, you must have reliable transportation
