  • A Day in the Life:

    The Order To Cash Manager drives solutions for Daily Report if Business (DRB), Multi-Month rentals, Licensee relationship management as well as other receivables processes. Serving as a partner, the Order To Cash Manager collaborates with leaders across multiple locations and functions to understand and overcome challenges to increase revenue growth and reduce costs. This role will develop and lead a high-performing team focused on shared services functions.

    We expect the starting salary to be around $104K; the actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience.

    What You'll Do:

    • Drive and implement innovative ideas and solutions for financial operations and back-office support across the Hertz Corporate and Franchise network.

    • Evaluate receivables analysis and forecasts, reconciliation reviews, develop and maintain best practices and efficient processes.

    • Lead system and process testing on various company initiatives.

    • Lead the team and technology partners with business requirements through various system integrations

    • Manage the Multi Month rental program, including ensuring requirements are met, escalations resolved, and analysis completed and shared with stakeholders.

    • Maintain contact with franchisees and corporate accounts overdue on payments and near termination stage or under termination notice, prepare the watch list report of balance information on licensees, and inform them of cure dates or termination dates of their contracts.

    • Review and analyze licensee financial statements for each fleet cycle, review monthly financial statements of financially insecure licensees and determine if licensee may continue leasing vehicles.

    • Maintain a strong SOX control environment in the Multi Month, Licensee, and Daily Report of Business (DRB) programs and ensure user access reviews are performed on schedule.

    • Develop and lead a high-performing team through leadership development, employee engagement and recognition, demonstrating accountability, performance management, and supporting career growth.

    • Conduct regular business reviews with external partners, managing performance and service level expectations.

    • Manage department compliance through documenting and supporting PCI, SOX, and Audit activities, driving Hertz policies and procedures, and complying with state and federal regulations.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 5+ year's Financial Operations experience

    • Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (Required or Preferred)

    • Strong working knowledge of requirements for car rental industry

    • Accounting or Audit experience, preferred.

    • Demonstrated communication skills in cross-functional and multi-location environment with proven ability to influence and negotiate

    • Ability to identify, develop, performance manage, and lead a team in a dynamic environment

    • Ability to lead and proactively respond to a dynamic business environment

    • Track record of process improvement and project delivery

    • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    • Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills
