Order Processor

Description:

The Order Processor is responsible for accurately processing and managing customer orders for our telecom sales team. This role ensures all orders are entered promptly and efficiently, coordinates with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment, and maintains clear communication with AE's regarding their order status. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Order Entry & Processing: Accurately enter customer orders into the company's order management system. Ensure all information is correct, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and installation details.
• Coordination with Sales & Operations Teams: Collaborate with AE's and Sales Manager to ensure that orders are processed, efficiently.
• Problem Resolution: Handle order discrepancies, install issues, and order kickbacks in a professional and timely manner, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare reports for the sales team and management tracking order details.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with order management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexible with shift schedules.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• None

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.

Compensation details: 17-17 Hourly Wage
