Order Entry Specialist

Now Hiring an Order Entry Specialist with a manufacturing company in Waite Park, MN!!!

Description

You will be responsible for servicing the office's clients (all local).

They will take orders, verify product availability, and anything else the client is asking for.

Orders are entered and tracked in Excel as well as SAP.

99% of communication is done via email, but need to take an occasional phone call as well.

We sell parts for industrial manufacturing equipment so upselling and product suggestions is a part of the role as well.

Qualifications

Professional office setting customer service experience

Must be mechanically inclined

Manufacturing customer service experience is preferred

Shift

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
