As the Oracle Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, extensive experience with Oracle Cloud, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Team Management:
Lead cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business analysts, and external vendors.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, providing clear guidance and support to team members.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact.
Proactively address project challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational requirements.
Conduct regular project reviews and audits to maintain high standards of performance and delivery.
Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenses are within approved limits.
Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants, managing contracts, deliverables, and performance.
Ensure vendors meet project requirements and deadlines.
Required Skills and Experience:
Clearance Required: None
A bachelor's degree is required
A minimum of 5 years' prior experience managing projects
Experienced with the following:
MS Projects
PowerPoint
MS Excel
MS Word
