NetSuite SuitePeople Product Directors are part of a world-wide team pursuing innovative ways of delivering user-centered solutions that provide real value to our customer base enabled by a unique unified suite. They balance competing product demands to make investment decisions between new features, product enhancements, innovation progression and sustainability initiatives focused on small to medium-sized businesses across industries. You will be a key stakeholder in shaping the Human Capital Management product vision and aligning it with broader business objectives.
In this role, you will own the Workforce Management vision, strategic direction, define roadmap, track and drive adoption, and analyze information to define product and feature definitions for the NetSuite Workforce Management product line. You will directly lead a team of global product managers and work closely with product leadership, engineering, design, business stakeholders and customers to drive the development of our Workforce Management solution through an agile product development life-cycle environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a long-term product vision and strategy for the Workforce Management (WFM) software portfolio including; demand forecasting, shift scheduling, time capture apps and wage rules engine.
Product Roadmap: Own and refine the product roadmap, balancing business priorities with customer needs, market landscape and thought-leadership. Lead prioritization discussions and make strategic trade-offs to maximize impact.
Product Development : Lead in implementing roadmap features by managing across the product life-cycle leveraging design thinking principles and agile development methodology. Collaborate and lead global teams through discovery and delivery through scrum teams including; Product Managers, User Experience Designers, Engineers, Architects and technical writers.
Agile & Lean Practices: Drive Agile and Lean practices within the product management team to optimize product development cycles, increase efficiency, and foster continuous learning and improvement.
Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking within the team.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and other departments to develop, launch and drive customer adoption.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Lead deep market research, user insights gathering, and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and key trends influencing product decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between senior leadership, sales, engineering, and external customers to ensure clear communication of product goals and deliverables. Present product strategies and updates to executive stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed product decisions.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring seamless launch plans and positioning that drives product adoption and market share growth.
Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers and industry thought leaders to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, translating insights into actionable product features and initiatives.
Eagerness and willingness to work flexible hours across time zones (India, AU, Philippines, US, Brno)
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Managing team of global product managers across international time zones fostering strong engagement, effective communication and high performance.
8+ years of experience in product management with strong success record, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success in managing enterprise software products, preferably with direct experience in workforce management software space across industries like Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and more.
Experience in leading global teams across international time zones and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch at scale.
Proven track record of driving product innovation, with understanding of Agile and design thinking methodologies.
Demonstrated success in using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and inform decisions
Skills & Abilities:
Strong strategic thinker and the ability to craft and execute a product vision that supports overall business objectives.
Deep understanding of workforce management solutions, including shift scheduling, timekeeping, and understanding of compliance implications.
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a focus on team development.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
Advanced proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and data analytics tools.
Familiarity with global labor regulations, union agreements, and compliance standards would be an asset.

Canada: Hiring Range from $116,300 to $254,000 CAD per annum
US: Hiring Range: from $130,000 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
