    What You'll Do:

    • ManagetheprocessingofAccounts Payablestransactions.Thisincludesvendorinvoicesandexpensereports,operating expense,and project budgets, etc.

    • ApprovevariousAPitemstoensurepropercoding,allocation,andbackup.

    • ReviewmonthlyARreportsandevaluatetheneedtoelevatecollectionefforts.

    • Assists manager in preparing Facilities capital and operating expense budgets.

    • Assistindevelopingandmaintainingworkproceduresandpreparingworkschedules.Trainandguide business staff to ensure a firm grasp of company policies and procedures.

    • Familiarity and understanding of CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems).Helps account manage to establish performance metrics in the area of work order compliance, such as response time, completion time, overall completion percentage, etc. in accordance with account and/or internal metrics.

    • Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management. Make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.

    • Resolvecomplexproblemsandidentifyappropriateapproachestoexistingsolutionstoaccomplishteamobjectives.

    • Mayestablishnew techniquestoensuretheteamisabletomeetitsobjectives.

    • Leadbyexampleandmodelbehaviorsthatareconsistentwith CBRERISEvalues.Guideteamthroughthe application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

    What You'll Need:

    • HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDwith5+yearsofjob-relatedexperience.Priorshiftmanager orsupervisory experience preferred.

    • In-depthunderstandingofarangeofprocesses,procedures,systems,andconceptswithinownjob function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.

    • Requirestheabilitytoexplaincomplexconceptsorsensitiveinformation.

    • ExpertknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeproducts.ExamplesincludeWord,Excel,Outlook,etc.

    • Excellentorganizationalskillswithamaster-levelinquisitivemindset.

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

    Bachelors Degree preferred, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is desired. engineering or similar experience.

    CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

    COMMUNICATION SKILLS

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

    FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

    Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.

    OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

    Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.

    Knowledge of the entitlement/permitting process and construction delivery methods and agreements. Familiarity with construction best practices, general building codes, and various building types and systems. Passion for being detail oriented and highly organized.

    SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

    Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting department deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and/or line of business.
