As an Operations Support Representative, you will act as a liaison between the operational and administrative business units within the branch.
Create, edit and support the management of customer rental contracts.
Track and monitor service jobs to assure that all service jobs are properly documented on month-end reports.
Track and monitor equipment engine services, tank testing, and red tag reports; and coordinate with the proper personnel on work to be performed.
Maintain Vehicle and maintenance tracking system, oversee fixed fleet maintenance, and DOT compliance.
Gather, audit, and submit DOT logs and Trip & Dispatch Reports.
Generate Purchase Orders for stock and branch purchases at Branch/Operations Managers discretion.
Coordinate and schedule all sub-hauling of equipment.
Assures that safety records are accurately updated, maintained, and distributed.
Monitor and track daily collection and distribution of sale and rental paperwork.
Schedule and track daily returns and branch transfers of equipment.
Assist in inventory reconciliation.
Monitor and track branch expense recovery; coordinate billing of expenses to customers and/or proper parties.
