Your role at Clorox:

We are seeking a Business Support Manager who thrives in dynamic work environments and excels at innovative thinking. This role focuses on ensuring seamless production operations by managing people, processes, and systems while driving improvements and cost-saving initiatives at our Atlanta West manufacturing facility. Operating 24/7 across multiple lines and areas, the facility produces a variety of disinfecting wipes products, offering a fast-paced and engaging environment. This position reports to the Plant Operations and CI Leader.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with line supervisors to schedule team members across production lines 24/7, ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with operational needs.

• Approve and coordinate time-off requests, including bereavement, vacation, and other leave types, in partnership with supervisors.

• Identify, analyze, prioritize, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies by leading performance improvement projects following DMAIC principles.

• Define and lead initiatives to deliver quantifiable cost savings.

• Design and develop processes and systems that meet product requirements while improving efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Lead and facilitate problem-solving initiatives using Focused Improvement or DMAIC methodologies.

• Collaborate with technical experts, cross-functional teams, and other manufacturing sites to create optimized solutions.

• Develop and improve standards to help production lines achieve performance targets.

• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, and work instructions.

• Lead small capital projects > $50,000 as needed.

What we look for:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Technology fields).

• Proven leadership, interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.

• Ability to understand and navigate manufacturing and business processes and systems.

• Strong leadership in a continuous improvement environment.

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects effectively.

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills.

• A strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

-Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900

-Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400

-Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
