  • Operations Management Manager - Supply Chain (Multiple position)

    175 Terminal Avenue, Clark, NJ - Hybrid role (Must be local to NJ)

    6+ month contract with high potential for extension

    Pay range: $40 - $50/hr on W2

    Must Have:

    5+ Years of experience in Supply Chain Operations Management

    Experience in Microsoft excel (Must have)

    Jira, Power BI and Servicenow (Nice to have)

    Experience leading a team of +2

    KPI development and management

    Direct experience with regular interaction/management, an understanding of relational database concepts; the ability to merge and transfer files resulting in the creation of reports from multiple sources

    Job Description:

    The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, process-oriented individual with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. They are constantly seeking opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

    The OMS Manager must be well-versed in distribution and supply chain operations, performance benchmarking, and KPI/dashboard development.

    Experience with database management and related tools is a strong plus.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Oversee a team of analysts responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations related to inventory and order flow, ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting.

    • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency in hold management, meticulously tracking progress and identifying areas for further refinement.

    • Serve as a subject matter expert in technical and operational flows, demonstrating a sharp eye for identifying root causes and developing detailed action plans to address issues.

    • Support the development and continuous improvement of standards, meticulously documenting processes and ensuring consistent implementation and improvement of systems.

    • Represent the team on calls with cross-functional partners, delivering clear, concise, and well-organized updates and action plans.

    • Lead Peak Planning and Management, utilizing strong organizational and analytical skills to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.

    • Responsible for hitting MTD SHIP goals and maintaining SLA, meticulously tracking performance metrics, and proactively identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks.
