    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.

    • Lead and motivate team members to deliver

      Bibibop’s

      signature service and quality.

    • Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

    • Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.

    • Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.

    • Assist

      in training and developing team members to reach their full potential.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

    • Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.

    Requirements:

    • Must be at least 18 years old.

    • Two years of experience in a

      management

      or

      leadership role

      within a restaurant or retail environment preferred.

    • Ability to stand for

      long periods

      and

      lift up

      to 50 lbs.

    • Must have

      authorization to work in the U.S.
